CLEAN SERVICES: External and internal views.
The CLEAN SERVICES unit consists of an air filter/regulator and water filter mounted in a stainless steel enclosure. It removes the impurities from low quality services, which improves the overall reliability of the CLAROMETER.
The CLEAN SERVICES is mounted adjacent to the CLAROMETER cabinet. The plant air and water lines are connected to the supply side. The filtered services are then connect to the CLAROMETER.
To improve the water flow for the cleaning sequence, a large, pneumatically controlled water valve,
is mounted adjacent to the water filter.
CLEAN SERVICES is a standard feature for both the CLAROMETER PRO and the CLAROMETER ECO.
WATER FILTER REGULATOR: Installed prior to Clean Services.
Sites may provide low grade process water or ground water, resulting in contaminantion issues with all components in the Clarometer cleaning circuit. The Water Filter Regulator provides two additional levels of filtration, and also ensures that the water pressure is maintained at a correct and safe level.
The Water Filter Regulator is included with all systems.
