Due to the harsh environment in which the CLAROMETER operates, it is important that Oscillation provides high quality technical support.
Critical spares are kept in our store for immediate dispatch. Operational issues are typically resolved over the phone.
After sales site visits are generally associated with additional interface requirements to the plant control system. Often when the site becomes familair with the CLAROMETER they request additional features to further assist production.
